Sponsor Opportunities – Maximize Your Exposure!
Sponsors will receive recognition through a variety of channels, based on the level of your sponsorship. View the entitlement grid for details.
  1. Vendor Reception Sponsor - $2,250
  2. Banquet Sponsor - $3,250
  3. Lunch Sponsor – Monday or Tuesday - $1,000
  4. Continental Breakfast – Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday - $750
  5. Refreshment Break Sponsor – Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, mid-morning or mid-afternoon - $500

  • Track Sponsor – $500/day – Sponsor a session track and display company banner or sign in the meeting room, and serve as host for the sessions. Tracks include: Emerging Technologies/IT/Mobile Technology, Education, Facilities Management, Climate Change, Infrastructure, Municipal, Natural Resources, Planning, Public Safety/Health, Grab Bag.
  • Vendor Demo – $500 – located in the Exhibit Hall, vendors with cutting edge technology or projects will have a 20-minute timeslot during lunch or the reception to do a presentation. Assigned on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Drink Ticket Sponsor – $100 for 10 tickets; we’ll produce drink tickets with your company name on them to distribute to customers for use at the Vendor Reception on Monday and Banquet on Tuesday.

  • Single Booth: $900/$1000*
  • Double Booth: $1,800/$2000*
  • * Rates increase AFTER July 15th A standard exhibit space includes a 6’ draped table, ID sign, listing in the final program, and TWO conference registrations. A form to order power and phone lines directly will be sent with your confirmation information.
    • SET-UP TIME: Sunday, November 7th from 2:00 -6:00 p.m.; Monday, November 8th by 11:30 a.m.
    • HOURS: Monday, November 8th from 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. will be exclusively exhibit time) and Tuesday, November 9th from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    • Exhibit Tear-down Time: Tuesday, November 9th from 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
