Discounted Registration Rate Available for Staying at the Saratoga Hilton!
NEARC works on behalf of its constituents by negotiating favorable rates with the host hotel, and receives complimentary meeting space and other concessions because of our room block contract commitment with the hotel. We are offering a discounted registration rate to attendees who take advantage of the group block and stay at the Saratoga Hilton, or if you are local and do not require overnight accommodations.
Registration fee includes: entry to all workshops, technical sessions and general sessions, Esri Doctor's Office, vendor exhibit area, Vendor Reception & Poster Social on Monday, Dance Party on Monday, NEARC Networking Reception and Awards Banquet on Tuesday, Pub Crawl & Poker Run on Tuesday, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and lunch on Monday and Tuesday. The Welcome Social at Saratoga Strike Zone Bowling Alley is an additional fee.

  • GIS Educators Day devoted exclusively to topics and issues pertaining to the use of GIS and other geospatial technologies in K-12, college, and informal education. Featuring hands-on training, examples of successful projects around the region, chances to network with other educators and instructional technologists about their GIS programs, and much more!
  • NYS GIS Association annual meeting will be held in conjunction with NEARC this year.
  • State GIS Coordinator Panel Presentation highlighting recent triumphs and challenges from across the region; Join the seven states GIS leaders as they give you insight on the trends, growth areas and challenges facing GIS professionals in their region. This fast paced panel will leave you enlightened and energized.
  • NEARC 101 — The title says it all: this meeting is perfect for those interested in learning tips on how to get the most out of the next few days! Come meet with members of the NEARC Board on Monday 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. in the Broadway 1 & 2 for additional conference information and tips.
