| How to submit |
| Abstract submissions are no longer being accepted, however, poster presentations will be accepted until September 14, 2008. If you would like to submit a poster, please email it to Jacey Garceau at jacey@delaneymeetingevent.com. |
| Presentation Format |
- Oral Presentations: are either 20-30 minutes in length or 1.5 hours long.
- Panel Presentation: can include up to 3 presenters, but you must
submit the complete presentation concept as part of your abstract.
- Poster Presentations: will be given space of no more than 4’ x 6’ and
must be free standing (we will provide you with an easel). Awards will
be given to the top poster presentations.
- Workshop: Intensive 1.5 hour workshop on a specific topic.

| Poster Guidelines |
- Schedule: Posters can be set up anytime starting after 10:00am on Monday, September 22 Posters MUST be up by the cocktail reception on Monday from 4-6pm. They can be torn down Tuesday after 1:30pm
- Equipment: We will have poster boards for you to mount posters on-you will get a space of 4’ x 4’. Please keep your display to this size.
- Abstracts: Will be posted on www.northeastarc.org. They will be listed by track, by authors last name
